Hopscape Design Studio is an architectural design and planning studio founded in 2012. With a combined experience of over 50 years mixed-use development design, we have a passion for creating meaningful and vibrant live/work/play environments.

We are a highly co-creative and collaborative design team based in Los Angeles and Shanghai.

Our extensive and innovative design experience encompasses projects of multiple scales and typologies, these include international large scale projects like city-planning, mixed-use commercial centers, resort hotels, TOD developments, residential developments and office campuses; as well as smaller scale projects like single family residences, office interiors and furniture design.

We provide full range of design services including masterplanning, architectural design, real estate market research and feasibility studies, pre-development and entitlement services  and project management.
