Nestled in the residential neighborhood of Licang District, Qingdao, Hopscape’s Licang park is a mixed use project that connects nature with urban living, a central theme that runs throughout the project’s commercial and residential programs. By taking advantage of the dramatic topography of Licang, this project is focused on the unique qualities of its nature and environment. It will thus create an organic and vibrant community for the people of Licang. The project comprises of two office/ service apartment towers, an undulating retail street that meanders through the project, and intersected with various outdoor plazas and parks on all its four levels.
