Design Principal & Co-Founder

As co-founder and design principal, Sandy's focus is on the development and implementation of project concepts and design. She enjoys the challenge of solving complex design issues to create projects that are beautiful and functional.

A native of Kentucky, Sandy received her bachelor's degree in art from the University of Louisville, her bachelor of fine arts degree in sculpture - cum laude - from the Virginia Commonwealth University, and her master's degree in architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture. Prior to co-founding Hopscape, Sandy was an associate at the Jerde Partnership, where she worked on large scale international mixed-use projects in Dubai, China, Korea, Malaysia, India, Germany, Saudi Arabia, and the United States.
